By creating a candidate account you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current. You consent to your Immediate Joiner profile being made visible to authenticated employers on IndiaLayoffs.com. You understand that verification documents you upload are kept private from employers. You agree to update your availability status promptly when it changes.

Employer accounts

By creating an employer account you confirm you are a legitimate employer or registered recruitment agency. You agree to use candidate data only for evaluating candidates for genuine open roles. You agree not to use candidate data for marketing, resale, or any purpose outside direct recruitment. You agree that job postings must represent real, open positions.

Content

Editorial content, layoff tracker data, and guides published on IndiaLayoffs.com are based on publicly available information and user submissions. We do not guarantee accuracy and this content is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or career advice.
