Share accurate information. Your profile, availability status, experience, and documents must be truthful. Misrepresenting your notice period, qualifications, or employment history will result in immediate removal.

Keep your availability updated. If you are no longer available or have accepted an offer, update your status within 48 hours. Employers rely on this.

Do not create multiple accounts. One candidate account per person.

Post only real roles. Job postings must be for genuine, open positions at your organisation or a client you represent. No speculative or ghost postings.

Use candidate data only for recruitment. You agreed at signup that candidate contact details and profile information may only be used to evaluate candidates for roles you have posted. Using this data for marketing, selling, or any other purpose is a violation of your agreement and Indian data protection law.

Do not misrepresent your organisation. Sign up only if you are a legitimate employer or registered recruitment agency.

Do not post content that is defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory on the basis of gender, caste, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Do not attempt to scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from IndiaLayoffs.com.

Violations may result in account suspension, permanent removal, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
